Application: Shake well before use.

1. Apply pea size amount to body parts needing grip. Let it dry for 10-20 secs. A patting application will give you a better texture for gripping.
2. If sweaty, before warming up apply a few drops to the desired area on your body to activate the antiperspirant.
3. If you require more grip, reactivate the grip by touching a sweaty part of your body or spraying on some Make Me Dewy spray, water or alcohol.
